RoadTrip Music Festival Kingston: Tickets, lineup & overnight packages

On September 12, RoadTrip Music Festival makes its debut in Downtown Kingston.

Part music festival, part street party, the event invites visitors to spend the day exploring the city before gathering in Springer Market Square for an evening concert featuring Peach Pit, Gabriel Jacoby, Kasador, and Katie Tupper. Throughout the day, Princess Street becomes a walkable route through local shops, patios, artisan markets, community activations, and free live music.

It's a chance to discover Kingston one stop at a time.

Start with the scenic route 

Every good road trip begins with the journey.

From 10 am–5 pm, RoadTrip's free Scenic Route Street Festival stretches along more than a kilometre of downtown Kingston, with three music stages, local businesses, community groups, and vendors filling the streets.

Follow the music from block to block as emerging artists from Kingston and across Canada perform throughout the day:

Between sets, browse local boutiques, discover vintage finds at the Montreal Street Vintage Market, visit the Kingston Public Market, or explore artisan vendors along Sydenham Street. Throughout the festival footprint, downtown businesses spill out onto the street, creating an atmosphere that encourages wandering rather than rushing from one destination to the next.

An Unmissable Night at Springer Market Square 

At 6:30 pm, the festival shifts to Springer Market Square for RoadTrip's ticketed Main Stage event.

What begins as a day spent exploring downtown Kingston comes together in the city's historic gathering place, where festival-goers can settle in for an evening of live music.
