We are here to help planners design the perfect conference or meeting. Let us know the proposed dates for your event, your venue and hotel room requirements, your budget (if available), and any other requirements.

Kingston offers both waterfront venues within walking distance of Kingston’s downtown restaurants and accommodations close to Highway 401 and the VIA Rail station. Kingston also has a number of unique historic sites to host your banquet or other special event.

In addition to supporting your RFP to find the perfect venue for your event, we can provide attraction and activity recommendations, sample itineraries, wellness options, support for in-city services, welcome bags, and Kingston ambassadors to welcome your attendees.

Hop to it

How about a hands-on lesson in the art of brewing with one of Kingston’s eight masterful craft brewers? Hop on a Kingston Red Trolley for the ride from your meeting space to some of the most talented beer makers anywhere. Of course, you can’t learn about beer making without tasting the results!

Stretch it out before you talk it out. Take advantage of a private “body break” session with one of Kingston’s experienced yoga instructors. Taking the time to enjoy this kind of experience will enhance your discussions and have your team feeling relaxed and enthusiastic for the next meeting.

Get the ideas flowing by taking part in one of our many active tours. Get outside and enjoy the fresh air during a guided walking, running, or cycling tour. There’s an accessible route available for any skill level, and each tour provides beautiful views of Kingston’s historic and vibrant downtown waterfront.

Indigenous learning

Step outside your meeting space and gain a deeper understanding of the First Peoples of this land. Engage with a representative from one of the region’s Indigenous communities in land-based learning in one of our beautiful lakeside parks, or travel to meet with Indigenous community members where they live.
