Where’s the nearest washroom?

You’re in luck. The Visitor Information Centre washrooms are located on site during the summer season and have just been newly renovated. They are clean, modern, and easy to access before you head back out to explore downtown Kingston.

Can I refill my water bottle, or is this another “buy a drink” situation?

Refill away. There is a water-filling station inside the Visitor Information Centre, along with a water bowl for your dog. It makes it easy for everyone to stay hydrated while exploring Kingston’s waterfront and downtown core.

I just arrived and have zero plans. Can you fix that?

Absolutely. We can help you build a custom itinerary based on your interests and how much time you have. From local restaurants to attractions and experiences, we will help you make the most of your time here.

What’s something cool I can do here that most people don’t think of?

Start with a themed walking tour. If music is your thing, The Tragically Hip Walking Tour is a must. It’s one of the best ways to experience Kingston through the stories, places, and history connected to one of Canada’s most iconic bands.
