By Visit Kingston

Updated

There’s no better place to be in the summer than Kingston. The city comes alive with patios, live music, sport events, Pride celebrations, festivals and waterfront activities.

TOP EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES IN KINGSTON THIS JUNE

Catch downtown events like Canada Celebrates FIFA World Cup 2026™ in Springer Market Square and the OHL Priority Selection at Slush Puppie Place. Pride Week brings a full lineup of events, performances and community moments across Kingston.

Outdoor festivals take over the season, while the Princess Street Promenade transforms downtown into a pedestrian-friendly space lined with patios, shops and entertainment.

Get out on the water with a 1000 Islands Cruise, or explore by land with a guided bike tour or trolley ride. Historic sites like Fort Henry and Murney Tower Museum are open for the season and ready to explore.

Plan a day (or a full weekend) around local flavour at YGK Craft Beer Fest, or dive deeper with Kingston Food Tours. From live performances at The Isabel to hands-on programming at the Tett Centre and family fun at local museums, there’s no shortage of ways to spend your time.

Do you have an event you’d like featured on our monthly list? Add it to our Kingston events calendar for consideration!
