The Slaight Music Video Program – 2025/2026
Applications are now open for the 2025/2026 Slaight Music Video Program!
The Kingston Canadian Film Festival (KCFF) and Kingston Music Office are thrilled to announce the opening of applications for the fifth edition of the Slaight Music Video Program (SMVP).
This initiative offers local film production companies funding and support to create original music videos showcasing Kingston’s vibrant musical talent, with a particular focus on emerging artists. By bridging Kingston’s film and music communities, the program provides selected musicians with professionally produced music videos, which will premiere at the 2026 Kingston Canadian Film Festival.
Applications for production companies and musical artists are open on Thursday, April 11, and will close on May 31, 2025. Successful artist-production company pairings will be announced by June 30, 2025.
