Fully renovated main floor of a house, 5 minutes from the historic downtown Kingston!
The very spacious open concept design is great for spending time with friends and family. The patio is fully fenced in providing full privacy. There is 1 king, 2 queen size mattresses, 1 queen size pull out couch, and 2 single folding floor mattresses. There is parking in the driveway for 4 cars or 3 large vehicles.
The space
To make sure things are as clean and sanitary as possible, all the bedding, towels etc are professionally laundered. Floors are vacuumed, all surfaces are washed with a disinfectant cleaner. The hot tub is drained and refilled regularly and maintained with proper chemicals. Please request the hot tub be heated before your stay! As it will be kept at a very cool temperature for the summer months.
Cat allergies are common, so please don’t bring cats.
