23-year-old Toronto alt-punk up-and-comer Cam Kahin’s explosive debut album CHUG, out January 23rd, 2026 via Dine Alone Records, is a raw and resolute exploration of emotional endurance. Kahin grew up in Dunnville, Ontario, a small community with 6,000 residents. Kahin always felt like an outsider. There were no music venues, and what art existed there wasn’t for him. On CHUG, Cam revisits his home town incorporating a persona of who he would’ve become had he never left. Born from isolation and forged in collaboration, the album channels themes of persistence, vulnerability, and the quiet rebellion of choosing to keep going.
