Chantal Thompson with the Kate Wyatt Trio – Murmurations Album Release📅 Saturday, October 11, 2025🕒 3:00 – 5:00 PM📍 Kingston Central Library
Celebrate the release of Murmurations, the new album from acclaimed Montréal jazz pianist and composer Kate Wyatt, alongside her powerhouse trio featuring Adrian Vedady (bass) and Louis-Vincent Hamel (drums).
The afternoon opens with a special set from Kingston’s own Chantal Thompson, setting the stage for a performance full of creativity, spontaneity, and telepathic interplay. Inspired by the natural wonder of bird murmurations, this album captures the Trio’s ability to move as one — sensitive, responsive, and deeply attuned to the moment.
