This workshop will explore the idea that beneath the masks and roles we take in our lives, lies the pure essence of who we are. Inspired by the story of the Hidden Golden Buddha as recounted in Tara Brach’s book, we will aim to identify the resources within. What is the gold within each of us and what is covering it? We will use psychodramatic and experiential techniques, such as bibliodrama and metaphor to deepen our understanding of self and the other. No prior experience with psychodrama is required.
