Both Sides Now

H'art Centre and PeerLess Productions are proud to present “Both Sides Now”, a moving performance fusing dance and video, featuring H’art Studio artists and their loved ones.

Through filmed interviews and nine original dances and two musical numbers, the piece unfolds chronologically from birth to adulthood and beyond, tracing how care, identity, and creativity evolve together. Each dance is inspired by a real family story and led by the artist at its centre, inviting audiences to witness not only the art that is made, but the community that sustains it.

Join us for an evening of dance, video, and emotional storytelling, and celebrate the incredible creativity of our H’art Studio's artists. One show only! Seating is limited, get your tickets today.

H’art Centre is an award winning, registered not-for-profit, charitable community arts hub that provides artists with intellectual or developmental disabilities and those facing barriers with opportunities to create, study and produce works in the arts and collaborate with community artists. PeerLess is a mixed abilities theatre company based in Kingston, Ontario.
