Meeting Point: Participants gather at the historic steam train located at Confederation Basin.
Activity Options: You can choose to either walk or run the course.
Route Distances: The event offers both 5 km and 10 km distance options.
The Mission: This non-competitive event brings the community together to support the Mood Disorders Society of Canada and fight the stigma of mental illness.
