At 4:00 pm from February 8th to the 22nd, the Canadian Museum of Health Care will be showing a medical horror film at the Screening Room in partnership with The Cinema Society of Kingston. Each immersive cinema experience will begin with an introduction from the Museum’s curator, Rowena McGowan, and film scholar Dr. Dan Vena exploring how and why real medicine is transformed into medical horror and presenting artifacts from the Museum’s collection.
Tickets are $10 and will be available at the Screening Room (120 Princess Street).
