We’re thrilled to open our season with Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 2 (1st Movement), featuring our Concerto Competition Winner, Alice Li. Alice is from Saskatoon and is currently in her third year of Medicine at Queen’s University, where she continues piano studies with Dr. Ireneus Zuk.
Also on the program: Night on Bald Mountain (Mussorgsky), Semiramide Overture (Rossini), Canzon septimi toni a 8 (Gabrieli), Symphony #6 (Schubert), Gabriel’s Oboe (Morricone).
