Orchestra Kingston: Magic Dances

This concert celebrates dance music, with popular pieces like Grieg’s Peer Gynt Suite, Lizst’s Les Préludes, and Borodin’s Polovtsian Dances, plus Brahms’ Academic Festival Overture. We also feature our principal French horn player, Cory van Allen, with McGrath’s Concert Suite for Horn and Orchestra, and a new piece called Verve by local composer Daniel McConnachie.
