Celebrate Pink Shirt Day at Planet Fitness

Join Planet Fitness and BGC Canada on Pink Shirt Day, Feb 25, to spread kindness and positivity in your community! Participate in fun in-club activities including: 

• Kindness Calendar: Check off acts of kindness and see how many items can be completed 

• Pledge to Be Sweet: Write how you’ll be kinder to those around you and share your pledge on social 

• Affirmation Jar: Write positive affirmations to store in a jar and read aloud when you need more positivity 

• Pink Shirt Statement: Wear a pink shirt and complete the sentence: “I wear a pink shirt because…” 

• Pass on the Positivity: Write positive words on sticky notes and post them in a common area at work or at home 

Support a great cause: From Feb 16–27, all Planet Fitness clubs across Canada are hosting a national fundraiser for BGC Canada. Donations can be made in-club or online to help provide safe, supportive spaces where youth can build confidence, try new opportunities, and form positive relationships through Planet Fitness’ Judgement Free Generation® initiative. 

Families are also welcome to join the Family Day Open House from Feb 16–22 and get active together for free! 💜
