Some would say Dianne’s is the top purveyor of tacos in the town and based on the amount of “must-try” lists their fresh corn tortillas are on, it’s a claim that’s hard to dispute. The undisputed staff favourite is the Baja fish taco: crispy beer-battered sustainable haddock fillet on fresh corn tortillas with napa, pico de gallo, salsa roja, avocado crema, Napa cabbage, pickled red onions, cilantro, and lime.
All the ingredients are made in-house, making each crunchy warm bite unique. Their margaritas, made with lime juice, 1800 Tequila, and Patrón Cintrónge, are a highly recommended accompaniment.

Baja Craft Kitchen is a locally owned restaurant with a rustic bar lined with high-quality tequilas used in their handmade margaritas and an open patio overlooking the waterfront. Tango is known for many things – artisanal tapas, championing local ingredients, and having an intimate atmosphere.
