Visit the Museum of Health Care in Kingston

Housed in the Ann Baillie Building, 1904 National Historic Site, the Museum is home to Canada’s largest collection of artifacts related to the history of healthcare. Visitors can explore exhibits that feature fascinating (and sometimes strange!) artifacts and stories that highlight the history of vaccines, nursing, x-rays, quack medicine and so much more!

Indoor and outdoor guided tours that are appropriate for all ages are offered throughout the season. An interactive children’s gallery, craft station and mini-figures scavenger hunt are all available for the young—or young at heart!

Situated on the grounds of Canada’s oldest public hospital, just steps from Kingston’s beautiful waterfront, we invite you to experience wonder and discovery at the Museum of Health Care.

Guided tours are available upon request during operating hours. Duration ~25 minutes.

Admission is by donation.
