National Indigenous Peoples Day celebrations on Wednesday, June 21st. The day kicks off at 9am with a free breakfast from Kewaywin Circle in City Park and events running from 10am – 6pm.
We will be presenting activities for all ages; artist vendors and a Youth Art installation, open mic performances, inflatable playgrounds and climbing wall, games and prizes, community drumming and singing near the Sacred Fire, and food trucks with meal vouchers for Indigenous families.
