8:30 AM: Breakfast at a local restaurant

Start your action-packed day off right with a hearty breakfast at one of Kingston’s many impressive restaurants or cafés – local favourites include The Common Market, Pan Chancho Bakery and Café and of course, Morrison’s.

10:00 AM: Kingston Expert Tees

The first stop of the day is at Kingston Expert Tees, located at the old Collins Bay quarry. Swing away at Canada¹s largest aquatic golf accuracy range or putt around the Quarry Links Championship Miniature Golf Course featuring realistic scaled-down reproductions of famous PGA holes. The non-golfer will love the gardens and landscaping.

10:00 AM: The Boiler Room climbing gym (Alternate)

Or, if golf’s not your speed, perhaps a morning of climbing at the Boiler Room Climbing Gym will be your challenge. Experiences can be designed to suit your schedule and group. Trained instructors will provide a heightened awareness for your adventurous group (up to 40 per session).

11:30 AM: Ahoy Rentals

Race down to the waterfront (just a quick 10-minute walk, west from the Visitor Information Centre) and begin your adventure. Ahoy Rentals can set you up for day sailing, canoeing, sea kayaking, windsurfing, and cycling – so you can actively experience Kingston like the locals do.

3:00 PM: Cataraqui Creek Conservation Authority

If you’re ready for a hike through the woods, we’re ready for you! The CRCA offers five superb local conservation areas to enjoy hiking, bird watching and nature, or to take in an interpretive program. Kingston also boasts 10 magnificent Ontario Parks, most within an hour’s drive of its border!
