The wine producers of Prince Edward County are pleased to announce that they will once again be celebrating the tradition of WASSAIL. As in previous years, guests will be given the chance to sing for their wine. In honour of the Anglo-Saxon pagan ritual, that still exists today, participating wineries will reward WASSAILING carolers with tastes of wine, winter treats and other various festivities. For the wineries of Prince Edward County, WASSAIL celebrates the end of harvest and the burying of the vines in preparation for their cozy winter nap.
